Gary Reynolds, president attributes the loyalty of Reynolds’ Garage & Marine customers to a long family tradition of honesty, ethics and service. In every interaction customers are valued and their needs are addressed.

Gary has worked at the family business since he was a young boy. And after graduating from Babson College in 1965, Gary worked for Ford Motor Company but returned in 1967 to the work he loved best, alongside his family at Hamburg Cove. Gary has served in every capacity at the company and purchased the business from his father in 1977. He’s since continued to navigate the company’s success and carry out the Reynolds’ mission of integrity, excellence and service.

Gary is chairman of the Lyme Board of Finance, treasurer of the Lyme Congregational Church, a member of the Hamburg Cove Yacht Club and serves on the board of the Essex Savings Bank. He lives in Lyme, Connecticut with his wife, Marilyn, has fun driving his gleaming vintage fire truck, loves his old wooden boat and enjoys being proud of his family.
